The readers of the Glass Review were treated to this shocking bit of news when they opened up the April 1986 issue. Actually, many had probably already heard the news of the closing of the Fostoria factory by Lancaster Colony Corporation. We provide the announcement below as both a curiosity and a tribute to the Fostoria Glass Company.
